7-Day Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. If you’re not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the coaching course start date.
   • You should not have completed more than 2 exam tests for the IELTS Test Packages refund.
2. Refund Process:
   • Email your refund request to info@onlineieltsprep.com or Whatsapp on -91-6354258246 with your payment details Screenshot and reason for the refund.
   • Refunds will be processed through the PhonePe Payment Gateway, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
   • Once approved, the refund will be credited within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
   • If the refund request is made after 7 days.
   • If you have completed significant portions of the course or test series.
   • If there is evidence of misuse or violation of our terms of service.
